Please take note of the following guidelines for your presentation at the conference:

• The duration of each presentation is 15 minutes, followed by a 5 minute ‘Question & Answer’ session.
• Please prepare your presentation in PowerPoint (preferably 2003)
• For more exotic operating systems, you may bring your own laptop!
• Please upload your presentations during the breaks prior to your session.
• Have a 50 word biography ready to hand to the session chair before each session

Submission of papers:

Accepted papers (authors have been notified already) must be submitted to Robert van Zyl
no later than 7 March 2009.

Papers are limited to 6 pages, and must be formatted to IEEE standards. Download the template here.

The conference will be registered for Continued Professional Development (CPD) credits with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).
